Nebraska basketball rises to highest AP ranking in school history

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Nebraska men’s basketball team moved up in the AP Poll once again this week, this time setting a program record.

The Huskers are now ranked No. 7, which is the highest ranking in program history.

The rise comes after Nebraska dismantled both Oregon and Northwestern, moving to 18-0 on the season.

Nebraska will hit the floor on Wednesday to take on Washington at Pinnacle Bank Arena.

Tipoff is set for 8 p.m. on the Big Ten Network.
