Rain possible for Valentine’s Day
Some light rain is possible through the first half of the day on Valentine’s Day, then the rest of the weekend looks mild and eventually sunny.
The best chance for rain will be before noon as this system moves in from Kansas, then pushes east. It will need to overcome dry air first, so rain may be delayed until then.
By the time Valentine’s Evening rolls around, the rain will be over and by mid February standards, it’s going to be pretty nice!
We warm right back up on Sunday and Monday and will be very close to record highs on Tuesday. A system continues to show up in long range weather models, so there is a chance we could see some rain and snow late next week.
