Several chances for storms this week

A few strong storms are possible Monday evening into early Tuesday, but most of it should remain in northeast Nebraska. We will see a few more chances for storms as the week wears on.

We’ll warm up again on Tuesday with highs in the 80s in SE Nebraska. It’ll be much cooler further west.

After a quiet day Tuesday, Tuesday night will have the potential for storms. SE Nebraska will be on the very western edge of this, likely where the storms will start to form late Tuesday night.

If storms can get going in SE Nebraska Tuesday, it would be well after sunset. We may even see some much needed rain in the panhandle.
