Chilly start to Thursday, then we warm up
We have one more cold morning early Thursday, but then we warm up through the rest of the week and beyond. Precipitation chances remain meager.
There is a Frost Advisory for portions of south central Nebraska and a Freeze Warning for parts of western and SW Nebraska early Thursday. We’ll be close to or below the freezing mark in these areas.
Almost everybody will be in the 30s early Thursday morning!
It won’t take long to warm up, though. High temperatures Thursday afternoon will generally be in the low 70s.
We may see a spot shower or two early Friday, but it won’t amount to much.
There’s a little bit better chance for showers and storms on Saturday, but Mother’s Day is looking just about perfect.
