Warming up, a few storm chances
A very quiet couple of days are headed our way, but the thermostat gets cranked up very soon and the storm threat increases over the weekend.
For Wednesday, we’ll see highs mostly in the 80s with lots of sunshine and very little wind.
The heat starts to get turned up quite a bit on Thursday. The wind will start to pick up out of the southeast at 15 to 30 mph, as well.
There’s a small storm chance Thursday evening, mainly in far southern Nebraska into Kansas.
Our Bike Drive is Thursday, as well! It will warm up quickly and the wind will pick up, but the storm chance will mostly be to our southwest.
If you need to mow, it’s looking very good to get out for that. Just keep an eye on Saturday for the storm chance.
Saturday will see our first chance in quite a while for strong storms, especially in south central and SE Nebraska. Timing is still being determined.
More storms are possible on Sunday, as well. Again, timing and location is still being determined.
