Dry Friday, storm chances Saturday
After storms early Thursday, the rest of the day ended up sunny and mild. We’ll do that again on Friday, but the storm chance comes back for Saturday.
It’s going to be a little chilly to star the day on Friday. 40s and 50s… brrr!
With mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies, Friday looks like a middle of June kind of day. Lots of 80s!
We’ll try for 80 on Saturday, but most of us won’t quite make it.
Cloud cover will be plentiful and so will the storm chances. There will be a chance for rain and a few storms early in the day.
A cold front will then move through Saturday afternoon and evening giving us a chance for storms, some of which could be severe. It shouldn’t stick around very long.
Lincoln and Omaha is right on the edge of the severe weather threat on Saturday. The better chance will be further southeast, but the storms will try to form over the top of us.
