South winds will pick up Friday afternoon across western Nebraska due to an approaching warm front. Lighter winds farther east!
SEVERE Weather Saturday
A few showers & T-storms will develop early Saturday morning across NE Nebraska (3-8am). Some of the T-storms could carry large hail, gusty winds & minor flooding. By the afternoon (1-8pm), storms will develop ahead of a cold front with a few severe storms possible in far SE Nebraska.
Concerns: 55-65+mph winds, Hail up to ping pong balls & an isolated tornado
6-10AM: Isolated storms will develop across NE Nebraska Saturday AM. These storms will likely carry a hail & wind threat along with flooding.*Storms will track SE*
2-6PM: Storms will try & re-develop ahead of the cold front, mainly in far SE Nebraska carrying LARGE HAIL, wind & tornado threat.
