Mainly dry with a couple of hot days
The chance for precipitation over the next several days is small, but a spot shower will be possible very early Tuesday. There will be a couple of hot days down the road, too.
A cold front will push through eastern Nebraska very early Tuesday so a few showers and isolated t-storm will be possible before sunrise.
Tuesday will be a little below average for highs in eastern Nebraska, but a little above average for the western half. No rain is expected.
We’ll be very close to a severe weather potential on Wednesday. Most of this will be well to our east, but we’re on the very western fringe of the outlook, so it’ll be worth keeping an eye on.
Other than that small chance for rain to our east on Wednesday, most of the week looks dry until Friday into the weekend.
