A Pleasant Next Few Days
A PLEASANT & warm day across Nebraska under mostly sunny skies! High temperatures will range from 82° – 90° with dew points in the 50s & 60s! A great day for any outdoor activities & yard work!
Much more comfortable air will settle in across the state Wednesday afternoon!
NW winds will be breezy by mid afternoon, but if anything, those winds will make it feel even more comfortable.
Wednesday: 5-8pm: A few severe storms will be possible across the southwest this evening, carrying winds up to 60+ mph & small hail as they move SE. The severe weather & storm threat stays west through Thursday.
Thursday: 5-9pm: Storms will dive down from the Dakotas Thursday evening, carrying a damaging wind threat. The severe threat slowly moves east after Thursday.
A quick warm up is in store as we head into this weekend. Storm chances return Sunday night & continue to stick around through next week. The 2nd week of September looks cooler with periodic rain/storm chances.
