Judge declares mistrial in Lindsay Clancy case
PLYMOUTH, Mass. (KLKN) — Just seconds ago, the judge in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial has declared a mistrial.
After six full days of jury deliberation, they decided they could not reach a decision. The judge thanked them for their time and effort in the trial before releasing them.
Clancy was accused of murdering her three children in 2023. Clancy’s defense stated that she was under a post-partum psychosis at the time and should not be held criminally liable. The prosecution argued that she murdered them in cold blood.
