Chilly & Rainy Tuesday
Have an umbrella -and heck, maybe even a jacket handy through today! Showers & T-storms will continue through the morning & early afternoon across SE Nebraska.
Rain & T-storms will continue across much of SE Nebraska through the late afternoon. Some thunderstorms could drop heavy amounts of rain within a short period, leading to localized flooding.
An additional 2-4″ of rain will be possible through Wednesday morning. The heaviest of rain will lay near & south of Columbus.
The FLOOD WATCH is still in effect through 7pm this evening across SE Nebraska. Multiple rounds of rain/storms could drop an additional 2-4″ of rain through Wednesday morning.
A “chilly” day across the state! Highs only reaching the 60s & 70s with a bit of a NE breeze 10-15 mph & cloudy skies. A great day for some crockpot cooking!
NE winds will gust to near 20-25 mph as the cold front moves through this afternoon.
Tuesday will be chilly and rainy. Flooding concerns through Wednesday across eastern & SE Nebraska. A quick warm up through Friday before, another strong cold front moves through Saturday. A FALL like feel next week!
