Douglas County driver blows BAC four times over the legal limit

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Neb. (KLKN) — Two arrests were made over the weekend by Douglas County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) for driving under the influence.

The first driver was stopped for driving down the center lane around 10 p.m. on Sept. 19. The male driver was arrested and brought to the Law Enforcement Center for testing. He blew a 0.247 BAC.

The second driver was stopped around 3 a.m. on Sept. 20. The driver was stopped in the middle of the road when deputies found her. She was brought to the Law Enforcement Center after being arrested and her breath test came back as a 0.328 BAC, four times the legal limit.
