UPDATE: Man killed in crash near 70th and Vine identified

Lincoln Police have identified the victim of a fatal crash that happened Monday night. 

LPD said Jacob Stewart, 28, of Altoona, Iowa, was killed in the two-vehicle crash near 70th and Vine Street. 

Police said Stewart was not wearing a seatbelt. 

Two other people were taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries. 

They have been identified as Jessica Arias, 27, of Omaha, and Angel Meza, 35, of Lincoln. 

Officials on scene said a northbound vehicle, driven by Stewart, hit a southbound vehicle nearly head-on.
