Sandoz Inc. files against Nebraska in lethal injection lawsuit

Sandoz Inc. joined in lethal injection lawsuit the appeal with drug maker Fresenius Kabi on Saturday.

On Friday a judge denied Fresenius Kabi claims that their drug will be used in the execution of Carey Dean Moore, because the state of Nebraska does not release the suppliers of the drugs that are used in an execution. 

Sandoz Inc. produces a muscle relaxer called Cisatracurium, and it is one of the four drugs that will be used in the execution of Carey Dean Moore.

Even with Sandoz Inc. filing against the state of Nebraska, the execution of Carey Dean Moore is still scheduled for 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
