Man killed, woman injured after UTV collides with train

Authorities say a man was killed and a woman injured after a UTV they were in collided with a train Monday.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Authorities say a man was killed and a woman injured after a UTV they were in collided with a train Monday.

The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office says 77-year-old Ralph Burns, of Salem, died at the scene.

The woman, identified as 48-year-old Brianna Holloway, was taken to an area hospital. Her condition is unknown at this time.

Authorities say next of kin have been notified.
