Cooler today with some clouds 11/8/2021

Monday Morning Weather Update November 8, 2021

Most of southeast NE is off to a quiet start this morning with mostly cloudy skies and temperatures in the 30s and 40s. Some of the area is starting off the day with some patchy fog, so use extra caution during your commute. Clouds will break a part a little as we head into the afternoon, but skies will remain partly cloudy for most of the day today. These clouds and northerly winds will keep us a bit cooler today when it comes to our highs temperatures. Instead of the 70s, we will only warm into the low 60s today across most of the area. Lows cool into the low 40s overnight tonight and some spotty morning sprinkles are likely early tomorrow. The rest of your Tuesday looks dry and cooler as highs are only expected to warm into the upper 50s. This cooling trend continues into the end of the week and highs will flirt with the 30s as we near Friday. Our next best chance for rain arrives Wednesday in the form of scattered showers.
