Another round of severe weather overnight

Web Wx 710

Late this evening and into overnight tonight, another round of strong to severe storms is expected to make its way through Nebraska. The timing is tricky to forecast, but as of now it looks like the first wave will make it to southeast Nebraska around 10pm–12am, with another wave following closer to 3 am. A few lingering storms and showers will follow until noon tomorrow, before skies clear and fabulous weather is expected. Highs will only be in the mid to upper 80s all weekend and it shouldn’t be as humid or sticky. Looking ahead at early next week, rain chances return up until Thursday.
