Cold Friday, warmer for the weekend

It’s going to get cold tonight with temperatures dropping into the single digits. Our average high is right around 37 degrees, but we’ll be 5 degrees below that on Friday. By the weekend, we’ll jump to around 10 degrees above average!

We will start Friday with temperatures in the middle single digits and warm to around the freezing mark by the afternoon. The wind will be a little gusty and out of the south southeast.

Highs across the area will struggle Friday. Most of us will see the upper 20s and lower 30s.
