Cool day before end of week warm-up
A chilly morning coming for southeast Nebraska Thursday. Low temperatures will drop to the 20°s. Factor in a west-northwest wind at 6-12 mph and wind chill values will be in the teens to lower 20°s.
We will have plenty of sunshine during the day. While it will look nice out the window, temperatures will remain below normal with highs only in the middle to upper 40°s.
A brief warm-up is coming to southeast Nebraska to end the workweek and start the weekend before another cold front passes through the region Saturday night/Sunday morning. Temperatures will rebound to the middle 50°s Friday and Saturday.
