East, Southeast, Southwest punch tickets to state softball tournament

Lincoln East rallied from a 13-6 deficit in the seventh inning to beat Millard South, 14-13, to punch a ticket to state.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Lincoln East rallied from a 13-6 deficit in the seventh inning to beat Millard South, 14-13, to punch a ticket to state. Lincoln Southeast beat North Star, 11-4, while Lincoln Southwest run-ruled Millard North, 15-5, as the Capital City will have three teams headed to next week’s state softball tournament in Hastings.
