UPDATE: LES has restored power to all customers

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Update: LES has restored power to all customers. The reason for the outage is currently still unknown.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Update: LES has restored power to over 13 hundred customers, but there are still hundreds without power.

The organization posted on social media that 2,317 customers lost power between W. Highlands BLVD to W. S Street and NW 25th to NW 4th Street. They have restored power to 1,301 customers in the areas of NW 12th to NW 14th, W. Cornhusker to Oregon Trail and 91, NW 24th to NW 12th, and Superior Street to W. Cornhusker HWY.

 

LES is reporting several residents are without power early Friday morning.

The organization posted on social media that 2,317 customers are without power in the West Lincoln area. Channel 8 has received several reports of areas near the airport are without power, including several traffic lights.

LES says crews have been dispatched and they will update with any information when it comes available. Here is a look at the outage map.
