Light rain/snow showers Monday Evening; Nice midweek warm-up

We are watching a few rounds of light rain, mixed with snow, passing from northwest to southeast across Nebraska.  I do believe the majority of precipitation to reach the ground will be of the liquid variety.

Temp 1 To Dma Graf

MONDAY NIGHT:  Partly to mostly cloudy.  Temperatures will drop to the lower to middle 20°s.

TUESDAY:  Expect to see partly cloudy skies, becoming mostly sunny by afternoon.  It will be breezy with winds gusting to 35 mph.  Temperatures will top out in the lower to middle 40°s.

We’ll have a push of warmer air moving in to the Cornhusker state for Wednesday.  Winds will be breezy out of the southwest and temperatures will be nearing 20°s above normal for not just Nebraska, but much of the central Plains.
