LPD: $1,000 in cigarettes stolen from North Lincoln convenience

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — About $1,000 dollars worth of cigarettes were stolen from a Good2Go convenience store.

Early Monday morning, just after 12, the burglary alarm at Good2Go, 2641 Fairfield Street, called Lincoln police to the area.

Officers say the front door had been broken open by the time they arrived. Several cartons of cigarettes were reported stolen.

Officers estimate the total damage to the store at $1,000, on top of the $1,000 in stolen cigarettes.

According to the Lincoln Crime Stoppers report, the burglar was seen leaving in a maroon Chevy sedan.
