UPDATE: LPD says 64-year-old woman with dementia has been located

The Lincoln Police Department says a 64-year-old woman has been found after she was initially missing for several hours Monday night. 

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Lincoln Police Department says a 64-year-old woman has been found after she was initially missing for several hours Monday night.

LPD says Anita Wilgers, who suffers from dementia, had been last seen near 13th and A Street around 8:00 p.m. on Monday.

LPD thanked the Lincoln community for their help locating Wilgers Monday night in a social media post.
