Deputies responded to a rollover crash on Thursday near Northwest 42nd Street and Old Woodlawn Road just south of Highway 34.

They say a vehicle driven by 26-year-old Grant Gregory was in the ditch.

Upon investigation, Lancaster County deputies smelled alcohol and found that Gregory’s license had been suspended after his third DWI offense.

Gregory was taken to jail, where he blew a 0.096 blood alcohol content, just above the legal limit.

He was lodged in jail on suspicion of felony DWI.  He was also cited for careless driving.
