Midday Interview: Substance abuse prevention during the holidays

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The holidays can add stress to many who might have some extra pressures during the holidays.
Christina Hitz with the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department and Tammy Stevenson, the executive director of the Bridge Behavioral Health, joined Channel 8 at midday to talk about ways to help prevent substance abuse.
