Nebraska addressing long concession lines at Husker basketball games, Alberts says

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Nebraska is working on getting hot dogs into the hands of Husker fans more efficiently, Athletic Director Trev Alberts said Friday.

Alberts released a statement addressing complaints about long concession lines at Pinnacle Bank Arena.

“We will work with our partners at PBA to see what steps can be taken to address this issue and improve the experience,” he said.

Nebraska doesn’t have another home game until its Jan. 10 matchup against Illinois.

Prior to that game, Alberts said, the university will provide more information on how it’s addressing the lines.

Before this season began, the Lincoln City Council approved alcohol sales at Nebraska basketball games.
