Quiet and warm holiday weekend
As we head into Memorial Weekend, we’re looking at a relatively quiet and warm forecast. Rain chances do come back into the forecast next week.
A little above average for the high on Friday with a mixture of sun and clouds.
The wind is going to be minimal, too. It’ll be out of the southeast at 5 to 16 mph.
We do need rain, though. The latest drought monitor has much of eastern Nebraska in the Extreme to Exceptional Drought status.
Heading into the holiday weekend, we’ll be dry Saturday and Sunday with a storm chance on Monday.
