PHOTOS: Severe thunderstorm brings hail to Lincoln
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A severe thunderstorm swept through Lancaster County on Friday night.
The storm brought heavy rain and large hail to Lincoln.
Many Channel 8 viewers reported quarter-size hail, and some sent in photos of even larger stones.
The National Weather Service warned of 60 mph wind gusts.
Parts of eastern Nebraska, including Lancaster County, will be under a severe thunderstorm watch through midnight.
