Several trees fall across Lincoln after overnight storm

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Several trees were uprooted Friday morning after a storm swept across Lincoln.
Severe weather, including strong winds, hit the Lincoln area around 2 a.m.
Several videos on the NOW Local News App show the damage left after the storm.
One user shared a video showing a tree on top of a car near 47th and Van Dorn streets.
Another shows a large tree fallen in a backyard near 70th Street and Old Cheney Road.
A user also showed the scene at Nebraska Wesleyan, where several tree limbs were scattered across campus.
Channel 8’s Annie Elming found a large tree that fell in a neighborhood near 27th Street and Sheridan Boulevard.
