Around 1:10 p.m., a trooper pulled over a Nissan Rogue on Interstate 80 east of York because of a license plate violation, according to the Nebraska State Patrol.

Later, a K9 smelled drugs inside, and troopers began a search, the patrol said.

Troopers found 101 pounds of suspected meth and 9 pounds of suspected fentanyl.

The patrol said the drugs were found inside bags in the trunk of the vehicle.
