NASA’s 1977 alien greetings may fetch $600,000 at auction
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Aliens are a hot topic in the U.S. this week.
Congress held its UFO hearing, where a former intelligence officer claims people are being intentionally kept in the dark about UFOs.
So now is the perfect moment to sell recordings made to introduce life on earth to aliens.
They were designed for NASA’s twin Voyager probes that lifted off in 1977.
The copy of NASA’s Voyager Golden Record was kept by the late astronomer Carl Sagan.
One reel includes Chuck Berry’s “Johnny B. Goode” as well as different styles of music from around the world.
The other reel has humpback whale songs and greetings in 59 languages.
The recordings are expected to fetch up to $600,000.
