Summer is coming back
After a couple of days with high temperatures in the 70s and lower 80s, the heat is coming back. Highs will be in the upper 80s and lower 90s all the way through early next week. While much of the next several days will be dry, there’s a small chance for a storm Friday and Saturday.
The warm up begins on Thursday! Highs will be in the middle and upper 80s and maybe a couple of 90s, too. The wind will pick up out of the SE at 10 to 20 mph.
Thursday will start off on the cool side, but with that southeast breeze kicking up, we’ll warm up fast.
Sustained winds will be in the 10 to 20 mph range on Thursday, but we may see wind gusts nearing 25 mph.
After the upper 80s on Thursday, highs on Friday and Saturday will be in the 90s. The record high on Saturday is 94 for Lincoln!
