Man arrested in sexual assault of teen at southeast Lincoln hotel
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A Fairbury man is accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl at a southeast Lincoln hotel earlier this year.
Emmitt Miller, 24, was charged Tuesday with first-degree sexual assault of a minor and generation of child pornography, court records say.
Miller met the teen through Snapchat and posed as a 17-year-old boy named Adam, an arrest affidavit alleges.
Investigators think the assault happened on June 1.
They found videos of the assault on the victim’s phone and Miller’s Snapchat account, the affidavit says.
Miller was arrested on Monday.
A Lancaster County judge has set his bond at $300,000. He must pay $30,000 to get out of jail.
Miller’s next court appearance is scheduled for Nov. 17.
