Lincoln Police Department hopes to reunite missing wedding ring with owner
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lincoln Police Department is looking to reunite a missing wedding ring with its owner.
On Tuesday, LPD said a man’s wedding ring was found at a northeast Lincoln gas station and turned over to the agency’s property unit.
The owner is asked to call LPD’s property unit at 402-441-6335 to claim the ring.
LPD spokeswoman Erika Thomas said you must have a photo or receipt of the ring or describe where and when it was lost.
“To be able to reunite it with the owner would be wonderful, and if we can use social media for a positive purpose, why not?” Thomas said.
What looks like a man’s wedding ring was found at a gas station in NE LNK & turned into LPD’s Property & Evidence Unit. We’d like to reunite it with its owner. Please call 402-441-6335 if you’re missing one to describe & claim.
