LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A wanted man was arrested Tuesday morning after a traffic stop in Waverly, the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office says.

Around 1:45 a.m., a deputy pulled over 37-year-old Zach Collier, who had a warrant out for his arrest.

Chief Deputy Ben Houchin said the deputy had recognized Collier’s vehicle.

Collier was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, according to Houchin.

He failed a sobriety test and was taken to the Lancaster County Jail.

Collier had a 0.127% blood alcohol content, Houchin said.  The legal limit in Nebraska is .08%.

He was arrested on suspicion of several charges, including fourth-offense DUI.
