Despite positive COVID test, LPD Chief speaks at funeral

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Sunday, Sept. 6, LPD Chief Jeff Bliemeister found out he was positive for the coronavirus. But, his need to self-isolate would not keep him from honoring fallen Lincoln police officer Mario Herrera.
