Warm and windy Thursday, colder and less wind Friday
Don’t get used to the weather right now. It’s going to be all over the place! For example, highs on Thursday are going to be 15 degrees above average.
The wind, however, is going to be howling. Wind gusts may reach 50 mph at times but will consistently be in the 40-45 mph range.
Because of the excessive wind, High Wind Warnings and Wind Advisories are in place for Thursday across northern and eastern Nebraska.
After the very warm and windy Thursday, the wind dies down but we cool off considerably. We then slowly but surely warm up heading into the Christmas holiday. Rain possible late next week!
