Man aimed gun at teens in parking lot of southeast Lincoln McDonald’s, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man was arrested Monday after a late-night disturbance at a southeast Lincoln McDonald’s, police say.

Around 11:20 p.m., officers were sent to McDonald’s near Old Cheney Road and Nebraska Parkway.

Four boys reported that 40-year-old Ralph Jeanlouis pointed a gun at them while they were in a car, according to LPD.

Jeanlouis was taken into custody at the scene.  He was arrested on suspicion of terroristic threats and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony.

Police said Jeanlouis’ girlfriend, 36-year-old Wyndia Province, had given him the gun before the disturbance.

Officers found a 9 mm handgun at the scene, according to police.

Province was arrested on suspicion of aiding and abetting a Class 3A felony.
