Lincoln man pleads guilty to meth possession
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A Lincoln man was convicted in a methamphetamine case on Tuesday.
Jason Small, 46, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.
In December, investigators carried out a drug bust at a southwest Lincoln home shared by Small and his roommate, Christoper Simpson.
Court documents say they found 41 grams of meth and 4 grams of psilocybin mushrooms in the garage.

When police took Small into custody, they said he had a bag with 1.4 grams of meth on him.
An arrest affidavit alleges that Simpson was dealing drugs, while Small was just using.
Small was released on bail on Dec. 26, but court documents say he couldn’t stay out of trouble.
