Lincoln East Upsets Omaha Central On The Road, Advances In Class A Playoffs

OMAHA, Neb. (KLKN) — The No. 10-seeded Lincoln East football team upset Omaha Central on the road Friday, beating the Eagles 24-10. It was a slow start for the Spartans, going three and out on the opening two drives. But, their defense held firm.

Lincoln East held Omaha Central to just ten points. Junior Will Manning had a fumble recovery in the first half.

The Spartans will face No. 2 Creighton Prep on Friday.
