LFR battles detached garage fire in northeast Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Several Lincoln Fire & Rescue crews put out a detached garage fire early Tuesday morning.

The fire was reported around North 72nd Street and Platte Avenue around 6:35 a.m.

It took about 20 minutes for firefighters to extinguish the blaze, according to LFR.

No one was injured in the fire.

The cause of the fire and the total amount of damage are unknown at this time.
