Nebraska basketball’s Braden Frager signs new deal with Huskers

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Nebraska basketball standout Braden Frager is staying in Lincoln, the team announced on social media on Thursday.

The 6-foot-7 forward from Lincoln is the reigning Big Ten Sixth Man of the Year and was named to the Big Ten All-Freshman team.

Frager was also a three-time Freshman of the Week in the conference and was a pivotal part of Nebraska’s record-breaking season.

He averaged 11.8 points per game on 48.7% shooting and 35.2% from beyond the arc. Frager also averaged 3.8 rebounds per game.
