Dry for a while, warmer by the weekend
The storm threat stays further west for the next several days, leaving most of Nebraska dry and mild.
Early morning temperatures will drop into the 60s for most of the state early Wednesday.
Highs on Wednesday will be quite a bit below average. Most of us will be in the lower 70s to the middle 80s.
The severe weather threat on Wednesday will stay well to the west into the panhandle of Nebraska.
We warm up on Thursday with highs in the low to mid 80s. Upper 80s in a few spots, too.
The severe weather threat pushes east a little on Thursday, but stays in the western half of the state.
