Cooler weather headed our way
After a hot end to the week, cooler air is set to move in for the weekend and it’s going to stick around for a while.
The game of the week is in Malcolm and it’s going to be a warm one out there!
Much cooler air is set to move in this weekend and it’ll be 10 to 20 degrees cooler than it was on Friday.
We continue the cooler trend into Sunday, as well. It’s only going to be in the 60s!
If you’re headed to the game on Saturday, it’ll be comfortable temperature-wise, but we may need to dodge a few showers and storms.
The Storm Prediction Center has far SE Nebraska and the panhandle in a level 1 “Marginal Risk” for severe weather.
There are quite a few chances for showers and storms headed into Saturday. Above is what our StormCast weather model is saying for timing, duration, and location of the storm chances.
