Fall feel with rain chances through Thursday
Fall has finally come back and it looks to stick around this time. Temperatures are going to be on the cool side with a decent chance at some soaking rains.
Rain is possible Wednesday, but the better chance is Wednesday night into the first half of the day Thursday. Over an inch of rain is possible.
Above is what our StormCast weather model is saying for timing, duration, and location of the storm chances Wednesday into Thursday.
Early morning temperatures Wednesday will be in the 30s and 40s, with a few 50s further southeast.
We won’t warm up much with highs generally in the 40s, 50s and 60s. Sweater weather!
We may see our first snow of the season in far western Nebraska Thursday morning, as well! Doesn’t look like it’ll add up to much, but it’s a sign that we are likely done with summer.
