LPD says a 21-year-old man was driving westbound on Holdrege, between 84th and 70th Streets, with a 19-year-old passenger when they saw a blue Chevy Silverado stopped in the road.

It was then that the Chevy began to follow him.

The driver of the truck was tailgating, honking, and yelling at the victim as they drove towards 56th and Holdrege Streets. Once they reached the intersection, the Chevy driver left his truck and pointed a gun at the victim.
