Three people dead, 2 hurt in Kenosha shooting

KENOSHA, Wis.  —  Three people are dead and two others are hurt after a shooting in Kenosha, according to the Kenosha Police Department.

According to WAOW in Wausau, a tweet from the department’s twitter page just after 12:30 a.m. Wednesday said they were on scene of a shooting. They confirmed the two injured victims were taken to nearby hospitals and are considered to be in critical condition.

Kenosha Police said they believe this is an isolated incident with no threat to the community. They also said they are not looking for any suspects.

Police did confirm in a tweet that it was not a police involved shooting.

They have not released any information on a suspect or the victims.
