Authorities arrest man after standoff at north Lincoln home, sheriff’s office says
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – UPDATE: A man was arrested Wednesday after a standoff at a home in north Lincoln, the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office says.
Andrew Burnham, 38, was arrested on narcotics and weapons charges from LPD, the sheriff’s office says.
The Metro Fugitive Task Force served the warrant and arrested Burnham without incident.
Authorities remained on the scene until they received a warrant to search the home to ensure no one else was inside.

The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office is helping the Metro Fugitive Task Force at a home where they say a fugitive has barricaded himself inside.
The sheriff’s office asks that people avoid the area near First Street and Cornhusker Highway.
