Biden’s cat, Willow, joins long line of presidential pets

WASHINGTON D.C. (KLKN) – Willow Biden, a green-eyed tabby from Pennsylvania, joins the White House family.
Willow is the first cat in the White House since President George W. Bush’s cat named India.
The first lady named Willow after her home town of Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.
During a 2020 campaign stop in Pennsylvania, the tabby caught Jill Biden’s attention by jumping onto the stage and interrupting her remarks.
The 2-year-old feline joins German shepherd puppy Commander, fulfilling Jill Biden’s promise to bring a kitten to the White House after Joe Biden’s election in 2020.
